1. Returns
- You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
- Customized or final sale items cannot be returned.
- Returns should be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to officially post.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at clubforthegirls1@gmail.com.
4. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at clubforthegirls1@gmail.com and we will assist you with the process.
5. Shipping Costs
- You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Exceptions
- We do not accept returns or refunds for sale or clearance items.
